Custominzing Dog's Pedigree Info

At the very top of the Pedigree, Is it possible to have options of what to list about the dog. Can you customize it?
Example:
Name:
Birthdate:
Microchip:
Colour
Owner:

Sort of. The program will automatically generate d.o.b, sex, color, ID, Reg. num., breeder and coefficient (if selected). If you don't enter all of those details, the program will automatically not include the information on the pedigree.
