Dog Health Information

I am having difficulty entering health information, specifically vaccine info. I have three vaccines to enter for one date for the same dog. If I try to enter those separately, as soon as I enter the second one, it bumps the first one out. Therefore, it is only letting me enter one piece of health information for one day.

Sounds like a glitch. Let me look into it.
