How to get logo in software

I am having trouble getting the logo under customization. How do you do that? it just puts a jpeg symbol?

You said you got it fixed-does it hold the logo for the next time you open the software? I can't get my software to hold the logo. Every time I open it up I have to go back into customize and put the receipt/invoice logo back in. The other one, the wider one for the top of pages, stays just fine but the smaller logo spot has never kept the image there!
